Good morning guys, The fender tag on my '68 Newport calls out CC1 paint. Does anyone have any hi-rez photos of a Consort Blue car that they can post up. There is a big difference between the blue in the engine bay(almost turquoise) and the exterior of the car(very deep blue).I didn't think it had been repainted, but now I am not so sure. I will take a couple of good photos of what I am talking about when I can dig out the car. Thanks, Mark

Thanks...I already have all the paint chips. Engine bay sort of looks like KK-1 and body almost like QQ-1

Very nice Paul, I like the way you think! I have the '68 color and trim book with the big paint chips in it, I'll post pics later.

I have that too Matt. I was hoping to get a picture of a car to gauge the brightness of the blue.

Look at about 17.25 in this Mannix Episode. Full Screen 4dr. New Yorker in Consort blue I'd say.

I read a post last night about a aluminum block engine if cash is unlimited, I think the same thing applies here if the cash is unlimited you too can have one of these!

Glad to have bumped that Topic for you. ;)
