Educate me. Were the scoops on the hood factory or an add-on?

She was passed around like a bottle of crown but she was always sweet to me.

I'm glad some one bought it from the PO who threatened to part it. It really needs to go across the pond. I think it would find the love of a European.

The owner would do me and The Car a real service if he took off the scoops....and sold them to me, I need spares.

"this car is from Florida where it was built and built well." says it all...

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I think to remember that most of the "Florida build" disappeared from the car at some Point with an owner after Stan.

You are correct. It was a Salt Lake City Utah car all its life until I bought it.
The engine built in Florida is NOT the engine in it now. What it is now I have no idea.

I think the car was sold from the guy I sold it to because he was from Stevens Point Wi and the ebay add says Mn so it changed hands again.

and this is why I dislike what the car hobby has become. With the pervasive idea that anything from the 60's and 70's is now a desirable collectible we have cars being passed around like this trying to milk the system for more than the car is worth.

"Engine is completely rebuilt to about 450 HP with all reciepts to show what was done." Does that sound familiar Stan?
