I ordered a new label from CI, here is pic of label that was given to me when I bought the car, it is obviously a repop. Looking for help filling in the blanks. Need rear speaker, dual rear outside mirror, Dealer installed AC costs, and best guess on destination charge. I'm sure the font used is incorrect, if someone can provide a pic of and original or replicated one to help with that would be nice. Also, I've decoded the VIN and fender tags, and I'm not sure where the previous owner got some of his info/codes, (56-PS, 301 Conv Black top, 415, Heater/defroster, 481, Fury III deluxe wheels)...any help much appreciated, Kel

I would suggest you search out other '66 model year cars to see how window stickers were laid out and what was coded on the sticker. Do not use the remade sticker as an example as to how to lay out a window sticker.

You really need a broadcast sheet to have a new window sticker made as there were items coded on the sheet, and not on the tag, that were listed on the window sticker.

It also makes a difference on the sheet if your car had any accessory groups such as a Basic Group. A car with a Basic Group will code things differently on the window sticker. You'll either need a broadcast sheet or do some detective work to determine if the car had any Groups.

There's no way to know how much the dealer charged for the A/C install. That would not be on the sheet anyway.

anybody have any info on where you can get a reproduction window sticker made. I have sent numerous e-mails and left phone messages to a guy named Brad. I can't recall the name of his company.

I did, all I found were 2 pics that were too small to help. Was hoping someone here had an original or correct repo.

Got it, I don't need my label to exactly right, I know it would be hard to get all that info, just like it to appear original and as close as I can get. Thanks for the info, will store that away, Kel
