Has anyone used one of the later right side HP manifolds on their C-body? The usual #2806900 is made of gold apparently. TTI lists pipes to fit the later #2899879,3751071 and 3769207. The LH #2863409 can be had for reasonable money, the RH not so much.:sSig_thanks:

I used a later right side manifold with my tti system with 0 issues. Tti will send you the correct head pipe for the casting # you supply them with! I just installed this system on my 68 300 , and I couldn't be happier

Thank you sir! Do you happen to know which casting number you used?

Just picked up the left side manifold for a real cheap price....still looking for an affordable right hand manifold.

I'm going to revive this thread because I've got a question.

Unlike Mr. OneTwo I've got the RT side 2806900, but the LT side I have is a 2951865. Has anyone put a 2951865 on a '68 "C", mines a NYer?

I think it will fit. The problem is that it dumps in a different place than the LP manifold. I was hoping to bolt them on, hook the exhaust back up and then have the new exhaust made and installed.

I wanted to save myself a little cash by installing the manifolds. If anyone has some insight I'd appreciate it.

What do you call affordable?

have 2951865-2 manifold on '69 newport 440. all custom exhaust. if bolts holding your current manifold on will come off without breaking, the cost of having the exhaust shop do the install should be minimal.
