The problem is not the car. Not the price.
The problem is...

350 horse K code car but I bet it's got good solid bones, nice deal.

Is there something going on with the front wheels? Why are they so far forward in the wheel wells? Is this correct?

Th air cleaner although not correct on that car is worth half the asking price at Carlisle.

No that air cleaner is a $200 piece.

Really, come on over to Carlilse this summer and restored I will show you a 1/2 dozen of those with asking prices of 700-1200. I know asking isn't getting but....

Thats not restored.

Two hundred for the guy that needs it the way it sits. . Restored it may get five or six....

I've never seen a dual snorkel go for more than $500. I would think 7 to 12 hundred would be N96 air cleaner territory.

agreed. No way it is over $200. I have 3 on the shelf if you want to give me $1800 for them!!
even restored they are on ebay for $550 all the time and that includes the harder to find 71 with the nipple on the snorkel.

I was at Carlisle, and I must agree with the other gentleman, prices for those were flat. I had a beautiful air cleaner from a '68 GTX and I took it home because nobody came near to what I wanted for it.

Good maybe I start leaving mine on the car in hotel parking lots since I know where there are 3 nobody wants.

Varified mileage...by who? Good eye on the front wheel openings...Seattle rust making its way out of trunk seams, correct me if I,m wrong but the factory hubcaps he thinks he has are from 66 charger are they not????

I think it's just the angle of the front wheels and the angle of the camera shot making it look like the wheel is too far forward.
