I'm 17 years old and restoring/repairing a 1966 Fury Sport that I purchased with my father from Virginia. Unfortunately, lost brakes in a parking lot, parking brake cable snapped, amd hit a curb and the side of an Advance auto(insert ironic phrase here). So, I'm working a lot and should have enough money to restore and repair it by August. Advice is gold. :woot:

Great to hear that we have youth getting into our big Mopars. What's under the hood? How did you find the car? Please post lots of pics. Welcome.

when l started workin on cars had 2 choices...pay to have brakes done and miss the aug long weekend drivein
or fix them myself save the coin and take the sweety to the movies...a mechanical aptitude is a handy trait....

Welcome from another kid working on a (few) '66('s)! Pictures are good.

Stan's hat is older than the youngster. Welcome from Alberta! Now get Grandpa some pics!

Welcome!

You might want to consider converting to a dual master cylinder. That's an easy and really good upgrade.

Here's one.
