I would have a hard time giving him 1/2 of his asking price. With all the work and $$$ its gonna take to make it a decent driver......And a whole lot more $$$$ to restore it

This one looks abused, then given a cheap paint job, then abused again. Sorry, but seven grand? Don't mean to be harsh, but I just don't see it.

Its no money maker,sure. But its loaded up nice and its screaming "somebody save me". Wonder what the floor & trunk pans look like.
 
72 and later for that air cleaner I think.
That's 74 and up. 70 was the start of rectangular snorkel tips, the 70 dual snorkel was 'plain' (soory no better words come to mind). Black wrinkle painted (except Imperial was silver, wish I had kept that one)
71 was similar but has a breather hose fitting on the driverside snorkel.
72 looks quite similar to 70, fitting is gone, and the ridge on the side of the snorkel is different.
73 looks similar to 72 but now orange.
74 is start of oval snorkel tips that this one has.
