'67 Imperial Crown Coupe now added to the collection

GG doesn't care about Imperials at all. Doubt he ever researched them. When he says "go through Imperial literature", he's saying "you're on your own, Bub, have fun!"....We could easily put together a "white book" for Imperial with the knowledge here.

If Shooter can drop a page out of the '67 parts book on us with that much info then the rest of it is already out there, you just have to look.

Yes, unfortunately the wheel has a couple of cracks. The wheel and interior are off-white, not silver. Also, the power windows don't work. I think the driver's side mechanism is stripped because it makes noise & I can pull the window up and down, but the other three don't do anything. My guess is that is has to do with the window lock switch because that's what they have in common?

I haven't lifted the back seat yet, so not sure about a build sheet.
Yes, for starters remove the master switch and all the others for that matter and clean and tighten all the contacts. Grease up all the moving parts on the tracks and refer to MrC's thread on power window motor repairs. If you can hear the motors working but don't get any movement up or down they can be fixed easy peasy.

Yep, I'd take the power vents over the ac any day.

As requested, a couple more pics...

So how does it run and drive?

The cars runs and drives great! I put in a new set of plugs & changed the oil. This week I was hoping to get a new muffler, but it snowed today so maybe that'll wait until Spring. The tires are date-coded 1993 and are severely cracked, so a new set will be in order (also Spring).

Congratulations of such a nice score. Sounds like with some TLC you will have a beautiful classic. Please keep us posted on your progress.

Glad to see another '67 find a good home. Get it drive-able, and the rest you can just do when you get to it..........

That's exactly what I did with mine. It's still a work in progress but it has been an absolute pleasure!

Now waiting for Matt to add the car to his signature ? :p

Nope, no power vents but I do know which member is anticipating its delivery.
