Need picture of 1965 chrysler NYer Cruise Control switch...

Hi all,

I am restoring a 65 NYer wagon. I have a cruise control setup that needs the dash switch. If someone could refer me to some pictures or diagrams of the dash switch would be appreciated. I could not find any in my search.
