$3200 is a pretty good deal if it does.

Those front ends are virtually identical between the two cars, but while I really hate the looks of the Dart, I really love the look of the Polara. Those rear ends are night and day to me, with the Polara being the really desireable one. No goofy rear wheel opening and tail light treatment of the Dart.

I think you got them all, but there might have been a high rear window option for the 4 door hardtops. But the tails are complete. The upper light on the Dart was a late production change and an available addition from dealers to solve a visibility issue with the low original Dart tail lights.

This black Polara was on eBay back in 2013 and it looked then to have a great body, the engine was apart but no rot on the body or dings from the pi s I saved, I was watching it and it got to 7k then disappeared..... If it's still got a split engine he's in cloud cuckoo land with his pricing! Glad it's still about though!

Thing is ...... It's a polara, black/red, 361 engine.
Go find another one.
It's like comparing a Fury II to a Sport Fury.

I don't think this is the same car that got sold back in 2013, as that car went to Oregon or Washington. Unless it was sold recently to Texas. But that is unlikely since I recently talked with the new owner of the car that was sold in 2013 trying to see if he would let it go, and it was clear there was no way that was going to happen. But it was also black.
