1961 Dodge Pioneer 2 Dr Hardtop $3200/OBO

15K is on the high side, (One can always lower his price).
Thing is ...... It's a polara, black/red, 361 engine.

Go find another one.
It's like comparing a Fury II to a Sport Fury.
.....I've got one in my garage!! Same colour, interior etc.... The family who sold me mine.... eventually..... Took some persuading and I almost bought this one while I waited for my chance..... I watched it on eBay and then it just vanished off the listing before the final bell

I don't think this is the same car that got sold back in 2013, as that car went to Oregon or Washington. Unless it was sold recently to Texas. But that is unlikely since I recently talked with the new owner of the car that was sold in 2013 trying to see if he would let it go, and it was clear there was no way that was going to happen. But it was also black.

Steve, are you referring to the 1961 Dodge Dart Pioneer, D500, 361HP, 4-bbl., 3-speed manual, two door, black car?

No Trev, I would never mix up a Dart and a Polara. The one I was referring to was in this thread, but I can't find the thread where it was initially discussed:

For Sale - 1961 Dodge Polara 2 dr. Wyoming 14995. Stunning!

This car from this description was much nicer than the one from Texas, and I had forgotten about that aspect of the Wyoming car. Someone on FCBO not too long ago had seen it while driving near his house I think in Oregon sitting in a driveway.

Now I see the ad you were referring to. Somehow I missed that one:

I HAD to post this one

Sorry, that just came out funny...

Personally, I am torn between which of the two years is best - I could go with either one just fine...................

Ahaha, 61 Polara's are my favorites of the forward look cars (don't throw anything). I've been looking for Polara wagon and a vague fantasy about a convertible... but I've got my hands full as it is.
