To tallhair: Dan was a perfectionist & I can honestly say Ive never owned a less trouble free Mopar in my life. He knew what he was doing & since he did classic mopars for a living had all the connections, experience, etc to put a car together that not only is going to last but look cool too. Thanks for the kind words! Like I said if it doesn't sell at least my "feelings" for the car will increase. Is there a word for how a man loves his car? ANYBODY?

I think it's pretty special. Not too many 69-71 C bodies have big block/440+6, 4 speeds executed this well and with such attractive color combos.
IMO this car is kinda in a Hall Of Fame for C-body guys, those that wander the internet, anyway.

I love this car, it's probably in my top 10 or better favorite fuselage cars I've seen on this forum. The guy trying to sell the purple Fury is an ignoramous.

440 6pack, 4-speed manual, 140MPH speedometer:
Bench seat...

Dan originally bought that car as a winter beater. Many on Moparts beat him up about it, relentlessly! He eventually changed his mind and came up with this.

I like the engine/transmission in it
The rest is not my cup of tea.
I think full wheelcovers don't work at all on it.
In comparison to the SFGT it should have had road wheels in grey

Needs hood scopes. Maybe the guy that bought Stan's 4 speed will nab this one too.

I think of this

Nice car. It still needs buckets & a console, a set of road wheels, and new chrome to the front bumper to be perfect, though - I would ditch the vinyl roof, too, but that's just me.

Was this the guy from Jersey that was trying to sell it at Carlisle a few years back?

This would be one thing I would add for sure to finish off the outside !!!!

Bad - Azzzzzzz ,,,,,,,

Would even more with some black steel wheels, chrome lug nuts, RWL, and chrome bumpers

What a bunch of nitpickers!!

The bench seat is original & PERFECT, I agree there is more room for lovin' & the point of the car is the sleeper aspect. NOBODY would expect that much power under the hood of THIS car. It would have buckets if I could get a perfect match however. As for the hubcaps: I really expected them to fall off with all that power but none ever have while driving fast over country roads. The good thing about wheels is they are easily replaced. How about 15x7 American racing 5 spokes? What's with the chrome bumper comments? Its like: "I want my car to look like every single other 71 Dodge Polara on the road." ;) Hood scoops would be nice if I didn't need to bolt on anything cheap.

The aftermarket body plug in the trunk ruins it for me.
