Hi All, I have a set of new springs made by I believe PST about 10 years ago. Been stored inside the entire time. They are 7 leaf and 58 7/8 long (59 nominal), Heavy Duty. There is a good website for checking different springs and lengths- www.generalspringkc.com
I'm asking $200 for the pair and can deliver to Carlisle in July( 7 more weeks!)
PM with questions. Located in Laurel MD.
Thanks, Bob

Could you provide individual measurement from center hole(axle mounting) to end holes in each direction along the leaf or provide part number of springs. I'm looking for a set for a '62 Newport, 2dr hdt(barn find). Per specs found elsewhere, they should measure around 21 front side and 39 rear. It's hard to get a true reading off the originals, they broke on both sides right behind the axle mounting pad. Right now the rear wheels are sitting in casters. I'm a little leary trying to move the car too far, for fear the axle may not stay under the car. Never saw one brake like this before. Yours are only an inch off and maybe could still work.

OK, got the measurements. Looks like 24" and 35". That is center of bushing hole to center on locator bolt. I did my best to triangulate. I don't believe it could be 22 and 37 ( sorry, bnz and thanks for the link)
I guess 300's are different than other 68 C bodies?
Any other questions or interest drop a PM.
Thanks, Bob

Any part numbers on the wrapper?

Segment lengths won't change from one C-body to another in 68. They are whatever the spec is.

Spring rate can be different depending on if it has standard, HD or wagon suspension.

No wrapper was torn up. I cut it off to look for info but none. I remember seeing the invoice when I bought the car. Dude paid $600 and change for these. They were described as HD. He told me they were Super Stock. That's about all I know.
Thanks everyone for the interest.

Thanks for checking measurements. If I'm thinking correctly, it would throw the axle towards the rear, if it would even be possible to link up. '62 is supposed to be 21" and 39." I'll keep looking.
