Hi. selling a pair of Hooker Super Competition headers removed from a '72 Newport W. 400c.i. they are covered in surface rust, but are in very good cond. no dents/dings, and very solid. actually only have less than a year running time. would prefer local pick-up. also the car hulk itself, will be available when I have finished removing the Drive Train.I would like $175.00 for the headers. Thanks located in East Central Florida.(Sebastian)

Sorry, but not up on the Chrysler terminology enough to decipher all the code words yet. That being said, I still wonder if 400 and 413 have the same Bolt patterns for the headers to fit.

If I'm learning correctly, the 400 is a b and the 413 an rb? So they should fit either motor?

yes they will fit your engine. I would go on summits website & look up the Hooker super competition 5113 headers, pull up the applications they fit, & see if your vehicle/engine combo is listed. also you might post your vehicle here & maybe a member will have first hand knowledge to their fitment. Thanks, Tom, but I'd be surprised if I can find out that info without taking the chance to see if it would fit myself. I have a '61 Chrysler 2 door Newport Hardtop (see avatar Picture) that I'm taking the 361 and push-button automatic out and putting in a 413 with a course spline 4 speed. Everything I'm doing is so off base that I doubt anyone would be able to help me with that question. you never know, though.......
