If I'm reading the FSM correctly, in order to replace a bulb, you just remove the two screws and the lens comes off? I took out the two screws and then just spent well over an hour trying to remove the lens from the front passenger side. I still haven't been able to get to budge. It seems like either something else is holding it or it has been glued in place. I don't want to pry to much for fear of breaking it.

I only need to remove one lens, but just to see if the others would come off, I tried two of them. Again removed the two screws and no luck.

Am I doing it right or am I missing a step somewhere?

Look at the backside of the marker, it may have a twist lock bulb socket.

Sometimes gasket may stuck that light into body. Least my -74 Dart it was lots of job to get them out of fenders.
With wide head screwdriver little by little and rly rly carefull i did pry them out. Backside had 2 studs with nuts.

Over the years the housing, gasket and lense stick together pretty good, the gasket acting sort of like putty. It helps if it's warm. Spray it down real good with water, a pressure washer would be ideal but not at all necessary. Allow to soak, and put the screws back in but not threaded in the housing and gently lever up and down to break the seal. You can also pull the socket out of the housing from inside the trunk/hood.

Thanks, guys!

It doesn't look like the socket comes out from the back, just wires nothing else to grab there. I will try the warm water idea, maybe with dish soap.
