we had 55 F yesterday in germany.

And just for us weather cooled down to low 70s in California

Just the way I like it, not too peopley as Nicks new shirt would say. We had the beach to ourselves a couple of weeks ago on Cape Cod and believe it or not I had shorts on that day and we both took our shoes off.

I was in Paris for business yesterday, and the temperature was 60°F with plenty of sun.
Almost smelled like spring.

The beauty of this stretch of beach is very few know how to access it. Its off the beaten path and not marked by signs. Even on summer holidays the only folks i see are locals and people walking the beach.
The herons name is Hank. He's usually there when we go there. (Sorry about the finger). Phone camera.

I got more! The first couple are low tide and it was a nice full moon.

Few more. Turns out off season is probably the best way to go. It wasn’t at all crowded and off season rates at a great b&b!
