SSBC 154-5 Disc Brake kit for converting front drums to disc brakes. This kit is new in the boxes and never used, the reason I am selling is because I ended up going back to stock instead of performance. Picture shows what comes in the kit, it has 4-piston calipers and 11.25" rotors. Can be used with a booster or without. Comes with the master cylinder. Price is $550 and you pay the actual shipping cost, or pick it up. Located in Redding, California. Thanks

Excellent price: I’d take it if it fit my 1965 but a154-5 is for ‘63/‘64

Are you sure it doesn't fit, because I have seen multiple models listed for this kit including 65-72 Monaco's,Polaras,New Yorkers, etc. on summit or other places.

Sadly yes, my ‘65 Fury is kit a154

Kits a154-5, a154-7, etc are variants. Probably pretty close but definitely different.

I am moving, so it would be nice to avoid moving the boxes. Shipping is $120 to the farthest distance (new york or florida), so it may be a little cheaper if your location is closer. I will cover half of the shipping cost to get these sold.

Maybe if you posted all the applications this unit fits would help make them move faster, just sayin! But what do I know?

63/64. Pictures are all the same for the other kits SSBC sells. What differences between those years spindles and 65 up? My thought is only the brackets are different.

I took the liberty of contacting SSBC and the parts required to make this kit work on my 1965 cost “roughly $150”. I think your best bet will be to find a buyer with the correct year.
