Trying to purchase steel rims for a 1965 Sport Fury with the subject specifications. Searched the internet and can't find. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.

OEM sizes were 14x5.5" or 14x6", with 15x6" on the factory power disc brake cars a few years later ('66-'68). The '65 Chrysler wagons had a 14x6.5" wheel. The '76 Charger SE has Rallyes in 15x6.5" size. The 15x7" Rallyes were on E-body cars from '70.

The sizes will be stamped on the inside of the wheel rim itself, viewable with the tire dismounted. There MAY be some codes stamped by the valve stem that might indicate the rim width without dismounting the tire.

I know this isn't what your looking for but I have a set of 14" factory wheels from my '65 Sport Fury. They look like 14x6. Junk tires mounted on them. You can have them if you want. I'm in North Phoenix.

Great! I live in Surprise so not so far away. As it turns out, these are what I need. Send me an e-mail and hope we can get together - [email protected]

What is the bolt circle dimension for a 66 Dodge Monaco wagon - 5 by 4 1/2" or 5 by 5"

I found a tread with offsets. Looks like the original was 4 inch. Looks like I could do a 4.5 Inch backspace. One of our members is thinking about a 6 inch backspace. Anyway, I am interested in any members opinion.

You want 6" of backspace on a 7" wheel? a 152mm offset? That doesn't sound right.
I've been down the rabbit hole on the wheel investigation lately, what EXACTLY are you trying to accomplish? Regardless of the wheels you pick, 6" of backspace will hit your leaf springs.

Maybe they are using a dually rear end?
