I came across some of my saved old photos of this Las Vegas '73 Fury for sale awhile ago. I haven't seen many like it for sale in many years. It's far from perfect...But, that's what I like about it.
:BangHead::realcrazy: Cabin Fever starting to effect me...need to get the cars out on the road soon.:realcrazy:

That was a nice, solid car. I'll have to see if I have pics of a really sharp one that was on ebay about ten years ago. I have to leave now, but maybe I'll have time late this evening when I return home.

That was quite a sporty looking car. Hope it hasn't been destroyed.

Without popping open the books, I believe that is what oxidized Tor-Red looks like. In THUNDERBOLT & LIGHTFOOT, George Kennedy and Geoff (can't remember) get picked up by a stranger in a black '73 Fury. The guy was a totally deranged lunatic with chickens in the backseat. The car was all jacked up in the back like this red one, and the guy went totally spaz with his driving and ran off the road at a high rate of speed and rolled that sucker like a set of dice. It was another cool scene from another cool Eastwood movie. But I digress. I also remember Ct. Troopers tearing I-95 to shreds with those '73s and their '69s. They weren't issued any for '70 thru '72.

My universal favourite thing about 70’s Chryco product’s appearance has to be the corner vertical taillights, this car, Imperials, Newport/NYer, b body Sport Fury, they all look awesome imo.

I know the scene you speak of, the car is pretty cool, I also enjoy Clint’s facial expressions while talking with the lunatic driver

Good Easter movie... gets all of the important stuff like Mopars and bunny rabbits covered...:D

Here you go Doc. You may want to put on a bib before viewing this one.

As you can see, it's a really sharp looking car, but if it had a white bucket seat interior and more options it would be off the chart. The first auction didn't meet the reserve and I think it was relisted with either a $7500 starting price or Buy-it-now price. I"m pretty sure that it didn't sell the second time around either. That was big money for one of these back in 2007.

While I was gathering up the pics of the blue one, I found the ebay listing for my black rust-bucket. It too looked oh so sharp on ebay, though it was the little pictures that you couldn't blow up, which should have tipped me off that there could be trouble. If I hadn't already bought the black one, I probably would have made a deal on the blue car. I would have been way better off if I had.

Wow! Thanks Jeff that blue one is a beauty. Wonder where it ended up or is even today? I have never seen that color combo on that year before. My bib is soggy.
