Dear fellow C-body freaks,
I found a 300 convertible 1969 on the chrysler 300 club website. The seller doesn't do computers or wire transfers, etc. so I thought perhaps this is a gem of a barge/rare find, etc.
(it was posted by a friend of his with incrementally better computer skills).
I paid a local body shop owner to inspect, and the review I wrongly interpreted more 'rosey' than I should have. After driving to terre houte Indiana last friday (from new hampshire), I inspected the car on Saturday 3/3/18. If you are interested I can bore y'all with the specifics, but in short, this car needs a complete restoration. It is not a very well maintained car with a couple of rust spots/imperfections here and there. It is better described as a car needing a complete restoration, with a few good points here and there.
Silver lining - it was a good adventure.
Dude wants $8k
So if you are looking for this car to completely restore, you now have more info. Good luck.
