So this is the Manuel I have but it just doesn't cover much when it comes to removing the dash. I know the dash pad is glued I'm assumed to the top panel but if anyone could point me in the direction;)

Ok my book is in 3 pieces lol and missing several of those pages. Thanks I'll have to buy another

Are you looking to just remove the dash pad or the entire dash assembly?

I was able to remove the entire dash assembly from a 66 300 without having to take the windshield out. It took longer than it should have had the windshield been removed but I got it done. 4 or 5 screws hold it down on the top and 4 in all the brackets underneath. Not sure about the Fury’s. Good luck

FuryGT looking to remove it. Want to go through all the wiring and such. Maybe able to see most of it ,if I just remove the pad tho? Will that grant me access to the upper top in?

FuryDan66, The 67 - 68 Furys that I and my friends have worked on have required removing the windshield to remove the entire dash assembly. I suspect your 66 will also require removing the windshield to remove the entire dash. While the windshields have a gasket, the factory put sealant along the bottom edge of the gasket as it sits where the dash meets the cowl, essentially gluing the windshield gasket to the metal dash.

IMHO, if the dash pad is good, leave it and the dash assembly in place and remove the instrument cluster and glove box (if needed) to gain access to the wiring etc. (you will have to remove the instrument cluster anyway). Then remove the front seats for more room and do what you can do without removing the entire dash.

Thanks ;) one last question what's this piece looks like my condenser on my distributor? And is the turn signal flasher behind the ash tray?

Noise suppressor for the radio, it is a condenser.
