1969 Cadillac Eldorado
For sale is a beautiful 1969 Cadillac Eldorado in "Chateau Mauve Firemist", complete with matching Mauve Dubonnet Cloth & Leather interior which is all original. This is a rare & striking color combo! The car was re-sprayed several years ago in the original color, there are a few small areas where surface rust has started to come through near the bottom of the rear quarter panel in the wheel well area. It is still solid and not rusted through. The white vinyl top is original and in excellent shape, no rust bubbles or "crunchy" areas detected underneath. The interior is all original, there is a crack on the dash, and cracks on the door arm rests. There is a small tear on the drivers side seat back. Otherwise the carpet, interior, and headliner are in excellent condition. The engine starts and runs perfectly every time and the car has been driven on long (several hour) trips without any issues whatsoever. The entire suspension was replaced, as well as the exhaust. Receipts will be provided with the car. All of the power components work, seats, windows, radio, antenna, cruise, lights, gauges, etc. Extra Eldorado steering wheel included with the car, it is a special wheel with the horn button integrated into the outer ring which are extremely hard to come by as they were only used on this model & year (horn button only works sometimes on the one in the car). A/C will likely need the usual overhaul, it does not currently work. Automatic climate control does work with heat. Overall, this is a fantastic car in a hard to find and highly desirable color.
