Hey everybody. Been a member for awhile, but been MIA for a few years after selling my Fury wagon. But I’m back in the C-body world after picking up a very nice ‘67 300 project.

Nice looking 300.......good to have you back! Keep us in the loop on your progress.....

Thanks everybody. I’ll be posting up some want ads for a few odds and ends soon. Needs some engine work, has been parked for several years due to a bad camshaft.

Welcome back to the site from the Motor City! Way to go!

Any fender Tag gurus on here since we are on the topic of options? Tried the online decoder but came up as unknown for most of the codes.

Gold with a black painted top, can’t say I’ve seen that combo before.

I had assumed someone had removed a vinyl top and painted the roof. Pretty cool it was a factory two tone.

Cool. Two tones are not common. Nice combination!

For those of you that follow this type of decoding stuff, This report also shows how the IBM cards tie into the options.
Columns 32, 33 and 34 on the IBM card show the trim. The combination of punches indicate the number or letters used to indicate the trim.
Column 42 on the card indicates the radio, column 52 the glass, column 53 the mirrors, etc.

When the corresponding number in the column is punched out, the specific option is called out. So if the 2 is punched out in column 42, the Astrophonic AM, option 422, is specified for that car.
