we had this SFGT already a couple of times in here.. it´s located in Italy and gets offered
for 29k euros, I know it´s been a wreck that got a full resto which has not been done correctly
enough to satisfy a true collectors need, but still it´s a white on black SFGT. I have a very hard time
believing that a tx9 300 should be worth more than a 70 SFGT

plus the 300 is not a pay-30k-and have some fun car... you´ll have to spend 2-3k to get it
home from the port, get the tuv inspection, get it registered and so on and I´m sure it´s still not
finished with that.
15k original miles is a jackpot for a collector, but we don´t have c body or even mopar collectors
in Germany ( besides Carsten ), we just have some guys who own 4-5 cars max, so this car won´t be a static
display collection car but a driver. It has sat for most of his life and that´s a killer for moving and rotating parts.
So the new owner will drive it, and then it´ll start to leak, or overheat or breakdown and he´ll fix it and after 2 months some other part will fail.. and after a while he´ll be tired of that game and will sell it, listing it for 40k euros because that´s the amount he already dumped into it.. and then other fuselage owners who want to sell
will say ,,wait a minute why should I list my new yorker for 14k if he lists his very similar looking 300 for 40k "
so they want 22k for their newyorker and the prices rise...
I KNOW that´s how capitalism works, I know I can´t change it, I know Piots offer will not make the whole market
go crazy I know it all, but I´m still unhappy with it.
And I´m not attaking Piot personally, I know several people who used his service to either get good cars or stay away from bad ones, a friend of mine just did his deal with you and he´s very happy with his white 62 savoy.
And I don´t call Piot a flipper because that word is quite negative to me, he deals with cars and of course he needs
to make profit of it to live, I said it before, all his other offers have good prices, you seem to be one of the rare dealers that really think about a price first before listing the car while we have plenty of dealers in Germany who are selling overpriced bondotrash, advertising it as the best car ever.
And posting a link on facebook to the selling thread is just stupid kindergarten **** by that guy, that was just a weak move, let me clear about that.
But STILL I´m very unhappy or even frustrated with the way the prices develop, and not one of your good and
valid arguments can change that Steve
maybe it´s because that development keeps me from having a car collection, I don´t know but bottom line is, I´m upset!!
