Decoding is very easy through stockmopar.com or mymopar.com. Mymopar.com only goes to 74 so you'll probably want to use stockmopar.com. There may be some inaccuracies but not enough to matter in most cases. There are other sites where you can decode also.

Not a lot of options but to me it reads as a 1975 Chrysler Newport 4DR with a 400V8 in Golden Fawn with Manual AC built May 14/75 ........but then again I am going from memory...if only there was a Decoder available somewhere...

Yeah. I love the stock MOPAR one. One wrong code and you’re confused as hell.
The problem with on line decoders is they do not use any true/false or if/then logic. They just repeat what’s been input.
They do not account for variances between years.
