If I wanted 68 road wheels like this what am I looking for?

C-body wheels are easy since a fairly common 5 x 4.5"D bolt pattern. 1972- A-bodies must deal w/ uncommon 5 x 4"D. Most for modern cars (even RWD) don't have the correct back-space, but since other brands (GM, Ford, forget) used that pattern in the 1960-80's, new wheels are available. My 1980's and 90's cars use 14" tires and I have no problem finding them. 15" wheels are often mandatory to clear disk brakes. 16" tires seem most common today and still wouldn't appear too thin on a C-body, so if wanting high-end race tires 16" wheels would allow more choices.

The factory Mopar Road Wheels are 14"x5.5". Radial tire choices for that narrow rim are somewhat limited. Particularly w.w tires. You will also find that reputable tire dealers will not squeeze a tire in a rim narrower than the manufacturer's "recommended width". Most start at the narrowest being 6" wide. Hence the 15"x7" and wider repro wheels. Just my experience shopping for tires over the last year.

I'm fairly positive that the wheels you are searching were also used on some Chargers and GTX models. That said, the price will be out the roof if they are nice quality and original. I would recommend after market reproductions with the choices of offset, plus width, plus diameter you would be happiest with. 14" tires are just not as popular nor as many choices as 15" and many years ago a more premium vehicle would have 15" while a lower cost/economy would have 14". I also believe that the "Ford" wheels would be satisfactory, except all the ones I ever saw were not chromed in any way, just painted with a paint that gave almost a chrome appearance. Center caps will always be the most difficult to find.

Not a C but topic related...
My 73 Plymouth wagon came factory with H78-14. 27.6 OD. Today's radial equivalent is 22575R14 27.3 OD.
Nobody in the broad market tire business makes it anymore unless I run trailer tires (which is not a good idea and somewhat illegal)
I did 23560R16 27.1 OD on 16x8 wheels with a Zero offset.
Perfect fit, still shows some sidewall and speedo is out by 3 tenths if a MPH.

My point is with a bit of homework, you can put on modern day wheels and tires that will still look good and not be out of place.

I ordered a set of these wheels in 14×7 size for my '68 Fury VIP, I ordered them through Jegs, I haven't received them yet.

Are you the original owner? Does the fender tag call for the all chrome Magnums or the trim ring Magnums or wheel covers?

Build sheet code is 580, which I understand is for Chrome Magnum 500 Road Wheels. These are what were on the car when I bought it. SPD is 325
