I'm not sure you would figure this out without them, the clips hold the frame to the plate, then you screw the plate to the car.

I've been trying to sell some of these for the last several years.

Well.... it’s a whole new generation. Though I’m not sure what it says about the previous one.

I constantly see posts asking how to do something where the poster hasn't even got their hands dirty yet.
Dive in, bust a knuckle.
Hmm, maybe I'll try and use one of these frames without the instructions, it's just a puzzle at that point.
