I saw a thread about someone finding their build sheet, so I will post this on here for those that haven't found theirs.
Theyare very commonly on the underside of the seats, that's where I found mine. It's even possible to find one from a different car, so be careful!
They are also commonly:
Under the carpet (Usually drivers side) Common in St. Louis plant cars
In the backs of bucket seats
Taped to the top or side of the glove box liner
Taped near heater core under the dash

Build sheets were printed by each station in the factory to know what parts to put in which car. After that, they were trash. There is a chance that your car left the factory with no build sheet. I have heard of someone that found one on top of their gas tank, so you never know where one might be! Good luck to those still looking for theirs.

I found a corner piece of mine under the back seat of mine and that was it,

I’ve found Broadcast sheets under the front and rear bumper brackets.

Mine had two - both under the back seats. One under the back part and the other under the seat part.

Today I found part of a computer punch card in the bottom of my drivers side door. The only thing I could read on it was "paint code" and a line of punch holes. The rest of it is black from dirt, and unreadable.

Can you post a picture of it?

It was bolted to the bottom of the window track. I think it was the computer version of a build sheet. Not much left though unfortunately. Has anyone else seen one like it?

Has anyone seen a “pilot” tag before? E.G. a paper tag marked “pilot”.

I used to actually/physically have one. I have a photo somewhere.......
