Idler pulley? I'm looking for a friend not on this site . He's looking for the whole works
If I can't find whole assembly I'll start
piecing parts for him.

Hum, I don’t think it’s got the idler on it. It’s mounted to my 440 engine n my truck. I’m taking it off as I don’t want it. It’s not hooked up but still has the belts n it so obviously it’s not froze up.

Does it need the Idler? Can I get a contact # and would it be ok to give it to him so you two can talk and I'll bow out.

The idler pulley on my '66 300 with the 440 engine is associated with the water pump - not the A/C.

Exactly... and the better solution is to use one of these instead. It eliminates the need for the idler and belt for the water pump.
