Careless people.....

What you do is you take a tire dust cap and superglue a BB in there. Keep a couple handy in your car, and when someone does an ******* parking job, swap one of yours out with theirs. Instant tire leak. The best part is it takes forever for them to figure it out. :icon_fU:

Pour ammonia down the vent at the bottom of the windhield
Unclip the blade from the wiper arm.
A knife stab on the side wall.

I can't say I'm unfamiliar with the many ways to "sabotage" another persons car, and I'm not above reciprocal response when I feel the need...

I have never been able to bring myself to maliciously do one of those more subtle things. I either suck it up, or deal with it in a blunt force kind of way... which hasn't happened often. Shopping carts are great weapons of mass destruction... (did that once). I once kicked in a door after it marked the car I was driving... but I was younger then and was in the car when it happened... no doubt I payed retribution to the correct party.

In FL, accidents on private property are NOT a police matter, but vandalism is. Assume the cameras will never help you and always catch you.

A Porsche SUV, yet. I would not be able to contain myself.

Our business was in an old factory. They built Porter Cable and later Rockwell Tools there and before that it was Brown-Lipe and GM Ternstedt. We were on the 4th floor, taking up about half of one of the wings.

The Syracuse School district started renting offices on the first floor, building a teacher resource center. Suddenly we were overrun with teachers and city employees.

In front of the side entrance was a group of about 6 parking spots and they were marked on the pavement as such. They didn't put up signs at each spot as that would make it really hard to plow snow in that area, but they did have a sign on the building.

A lot of the teachers would park in those spots... and some of the other employees that worked there that needed the spot, would have to park elsewhere. The excuse from the teachers was "There's no sign" and "It's not marked the way it should be".

Well... We had a couple feisty women working for us that took it on themselves to challenge everyone they saw park there. They finally called city hall and the result was that the building had to remark all the spaces and place signs at each spot so the dumb *** teachers knew enough not to park there.

What happened to good old fashion 'Keying'?

Only done it a couple of times myself but well deserved to the offender and it was also well before CCTV was ever implemented.

Are heirs still fighting over Handicap plates & placards in the wills up there still?
My brother thought he was going to use mom's H.C. placard after she passed.
Then he got a ticket cause his name isn't on the thing. I've actually witnessed the local deputies ticketing violators cars at the Meijers by me.

Never could bring myself to key a car.
But, I have cracked a valve stem with a quick kick a few times.

Yea that news article about the heirs & wills was way before then and the reason that name/ID was put on the placards. Back then placards had no ID or I don't even think a serial number and were a popular theft item not to be left in plain view when not in use.
Low number handicap plates were a item for family feud's when the owner passed LOL.

In Florida, an HP placard hanging off the mirror are on 95% of the vehicles down here.
They hand them out if you have dandruff.
Everyday, you can sit in any parking lot, watch a pickup lifted 3' pull in and a dude jump out of it and run into the store.
They are meaningless here. Never, ever, saw one cop enforce HP only parking. Never!
There are LANDSCAPING trucks with HP placards.
