I received a e-mail from a company that I sometimes bid in their auctions. I don't know how to post the link. they are currently running a estate auction in Bath,Pa they have a 70 Dodge Polara convertible listed dosen"t look in too bad of shape. looks to be a 383, color is green with green interior with white top price bid right now is $1500.00

The web site is www.zettauction.com hope someone can post it here

Nice! 383-2V with a/c and because it's green there will be no competition from Dave.

Very nice car but 18% internet buyers fee sound high to me. Barrett Jackson buyers only pay 10%.

Are you sure? The last I heard it was 8% for the seller and 8% for the buyer.
If you click on terms of sale this comes up.

Another Pennsylvania car!

Low-option Polara ‘vert, A/C but two speed wiper only. Not clear if it has PB — can’t see the booster shape well. The washer bottle is all there it seems, so the rest of the car should be hopefully in “not too bad a shape” — did you get more info?

Dave, this is a new one to me. Not to you?

Yes it is new to me but to confirm I wanna see the actual VIN . Not disc brakes .

No Stan, not shopping right now. Still fighting with the deadbeat who is supp to be building my garage. I am amazed at how many of these have come out of Pa though. It looks in nice shape bodywise too.
Of course, i have lost a lot of wind from my sails in the past few years so i will not enjoy the garage as much as i expected to once it is done.

That looks like a nice low mileage car, with a nice washer bottle and an original style heater valve too. Looks like an original radiator top tank. It seems the decklid and right front fender have been repainted at some point though - I wonder why? The dash pad is excellent it appears from what can be seen of it. I have an identical dash pad to that one stored in my garage for some reason.

This seems to be a car that one could just get in fresh running condition with not too much effort and be a very nice driver.

Wow... that looks pretty nice from here... not that I know much...

I hope one of you guys drives over ready to bid, that could be a very good deal, given that nothing else in the sale would excite me. Guns, an old jeep, trains, and other collectibles I don't care about... If I could drive to Allentown as easily as some of you, I'd have to go just to see what happens.

It’s got the right color top it’s just too bad the interior doesn’t match it. Nice car though!

I don't an aversion to green, but I wish the top was black. That interior seems excellent, the door cards/panels don't look warped or water damaged. The seats all look very good, even the rear seat center speaker grill doesn't look dented.
