Hi Ray, This is exactly what my original factory cap looked like, same details, same color, 1ROTATION1 on the top, and made in USA on the inside with the raised rings. Please let me know if you find this style in your inventory. Thanks!

I will take pics, need a nos rotor? Should have one also if needed.

No, I certainly don't need an NOS rotor, just any new rotor for routine replacement. I'm surprised I don't see a new, easy, cheap replacement out there for my MoPerf electronic ignition rotor (which is same as stock, I know). Maybe I haven't looked very hard, but finding a tan cap (to replace an odd gray item from the PO) was an easy mouse click.

In the old days, a cap and rotor came in the same package, which certainly makes sense!

Have it actually will clean up easily I have used rotors I will just throw a good one in.
Shoot me a message if you want it.

It is becoming a PIA to get good parts now. I only use NOS or OSS in my rebuilds, the new stuff has a high fail rate.

I have to agree with that, which has kept my from ordering willy-nilly on parts like these that used to be "normal" at any parts store. I don't care if the rotor is made from PINK colored material, I just want solid construction and correct dimensions! And conductance...

Let us know what you have.

I have some good OEM used ones, just cant toss them when I get rebuilds in will toss one in with the cap.. See the cap?

You are confused. He's not looking for a cap. He needs a rotor.

Exactly. Actually I don't really NEED a rotor, but I wouldn't mind having a quality new item in my "parts department". That's why I chimed in about not seeing them on the interweb like you do the caps.

I'll just go find one and step away from this thread.

No sweat I have them both if needed nos or used. New stuff just sucks 50% fail rate on condensers and point spring press ur if you get a good one is 15 in lbs. Just fell into this stuff.
