1969 Bbody 440 into a 67 c body wagon

A 440 is a 440.....only thing I can think of is perhaps...maybe motor mounts might need to be changed? Take it your car is a small block and your wanting to conver to a big block? You have transmission, exhaust manifolds, kick down linkage, bigger radiator, tranny lines, tranny mount, modified drive shaft etc....????

Any issues I might run into to?

Being as the car is a 67 Fury III Wagon 383 2Bl AC car,,
there should be zero issues....
Everything you have on the 383 will fit onto the 440...
Flex plate, motor mounts, water pump housing, pulleys, exhaust manifolds, trans,
driveshaft, aggravation, throttle/trans linkage, wiring...
So you should be good to go....

Ahhh well that makes it a much easier swap. The only issue you might run into is the angle of the exhaust manifolds, since the raised block 440 does alter the height and angle of the manifolds to the exhaust pipe flanges. And the kick down linkage might need to be extended or modified slightly to account for the RB block.

Headpipes will need to be lengthened just after manifolds, or new headpipes for a 440 installed. Kickdown needs to be lengthened also. Might need a different length throttle cable.

Other than B body guy's wanting to hunt you down, you should be fine. We are here for you. With the thread title it usually goes the other way, C to B
There's plenty of B bodies to steal 440's from they did make a million of them.

Since the pans going to be off, you might want to check a couple bearings to see if they're showing their age. Look it over for any oil leaks. Turn the crank back and forth a little to see how much play there is in the timing chain - easy fixes outside the car. You'll also want to keep the oil pick-ups with the pans.
Looking forward to hearing about the difference from the 383 to the 440!!
I think it's probably the easiest change you could make to wake up the wagon.

The 69 440 came out of a vert RR. Dont know if it was the numbers matching engine for that car, He swapped over to a 5.7 Hemi.
Supposedly the 440 is an 030 with a cam and a sweet running engine.
We shall see. hope to swap the pan this week.

Nice!!
It should just be a pan/pick-up change. Don't forget, you'll need 2 gaskets. There should be a windage tray already on the engine.
