You could spend a lot less then easily surpass his asking price repairing/replacing damaged, missing, or rusty parts. Seems pretty reasonable to me, especially if it is as described (body condition). GLWS.

Love that roofline on 67 and 68 Furys. Tilt n tele as well.
Nice car, man. Best of luck selling.

You’re absolutely right...thanks!

Thats interesting, has the 383 a big influence in the price or is it just a reasonable price for a car in this condition? ImI just trying to figure out what my Fury might be worth (mine looks like a brand new car compared to this one...) Also, I mean no offense SoCal Cruiser! Im just wondering!

Hey Knebel no worries...no offense taken. The 383 is a factor but mostly that it has no rust, straight body, and no accidents...not even a door ding. Sure it needs paint and some freshening up on the front seat and dash, but I’m selling it that way to show its originality and not make it appear that I’ve tried to hide anything. It doesn’t appear to have ever been repainted. Lower quarter panels, fenders, doors and floors are all rust free. That’s hard to find in any old car. Totally unmolested.

Lastly, after comparing to other similar cars, and other cars in general, of that era and seeing some outrageous double digit prices I figured it’s a reasonable price. After all, it all comes down to what someone is willing to pay, right? And it just takes that one buyer out there!

oh yeah i totally get it. I'm just comparing too. Trying to find out what pricerange my Fury falls under. Its probably 80% or so original but rust free and has quite some things done in the past :)

I wouldn't call mine "molested" but its got some things done to it for reliability. Efi, aluminium radiator, upgraded wires, new interior parts and such too. Mine needs a new windshield... Its amazing I have seen some really questionable cars for high $$$ too. I'm wondering if anyone would pay 10k for mine lol.

You should try testing the waters.

This is a beautiful car and I wish my life situation was different; I'd be all over it. GLWTS!
