What's the name of this pedal part (and anyone have a spare for sale)?

On a 66 Imperial, this is the piece that the gas pedal bolts onto. I believe it links to the auto pilot. My gas pedal started getting kind of sloppy, sliding left and right, and after investigating I found that this piece was to blame, with the metal dowel perpindicular to the main piece having broken off and no longer secured properly under the plate bolted to the floor pan.

I removed the pedal and am just using the accelerator linkage itself for now, but want to make a proper repair. A few questions:
(1) anyone encounter this before? Suggestions for repair/replacement?
(2) what is the name of this part? anyone know a part number?
(3) anyone have an extra they want to sell?
