Thinking of fitting a Hemi Scoop on my 440/4speed 66 Fury Sport here in the U.k. Any photos out there to see what it would look like?

If the scoop is going to be functional, you are going to ruin a pristine looking hood. Might want to locate a beater hood and have it painted to match the car to keep you current hood intact.

Sled City makes a fiberglass hood with Hemi scoop $650 USD, it saves 110 lbs over the steel hood, shipping would be a killer though.

If you want to make it functional, you're going to be removing center bracing.
The guy who has the car in the pic I posted went to a fiberglass hood, his metal hood with a scoop had a lot of flex, hard to keep any sealant and paint from cracking.

Nice car, leave it alone. My opinion only.

I assume the top picture is your "Gold?" car. Nice car!#! Did you have the Sport Fury Trim molded off, and the fender skirts removed or did it come that way to you??
I have a 66 Sport Fury convertible "Citron" (sort of a green/gold with matching interior and a green top. I had to look far and wide to get all the trim, I can't imagine how difficult that would be in the UK. Nice car, don't ruin the "Good Hood". Get the Fiberglass, it will be easier. Although not cheap! I've attached pictures of my car, being towed when my "New" 440 engine failed on the first road trip out to a car show. Oh well, I hope your luck was/is better than mine.
