WARNING -DON'T DO THIS TO YOUR WASHER RESERVOIR!!!

My, how time flies. I thought I had told you guys the latest from the Small Rotomolder Co that I had gotten in touch with about producing the 3431154. Apparently I only thought I did. Then I got called back into the real world, and well...better late than never. Anyway, He/they responded back the next day (Jan 8th). They have two other items they are working hard on right now. He said to check back with him in June. That is when they will be selecting which New Projects to go after during the 2nd half of the year.

i have 2 nos ones avail for 475.00 each or make a deal on both..

I'm not 100% familiar with all the different types, but if we're talking about a bottle that would be right for a 72 Newport I'd be VERY interested.

From this other thread started this week by @saforwardlook, I gather that repro bottles for '70-'73 c-bodies should be available from Qurey Quality this summer at Carlisle 2019. Assuming all goes according to plan, I intend to buy one for my '70 Polara convertible.

It is hard to see in the photo below (taken the day after I bought the car 10 months ago, when the engine had not run for 32+ years), but my car's washer bottle has a small hole (about an inch in diameter) in one of the top corners . As a result, while it'll hold fluid, evaporation is an issue.

I also have the same problem on mine: a corner is missing but it was leaking.

I temporarly replaced the tank by a XJ Cherokee one, waiting for afordable and durable repro.

The Saforwardlook posting does confirm the information that I had received from Todd at Quirey, in Pa.. However, Saforwardlook's conversation is the most recent, and he brings along the GREAT NEWS that Quirey has definitely committed to reproducing the almighty 3431154 Reservoir, WITH LICENSED MOPAR NOMENCLATURE. Soforwardlook and I were/are working independently of one another (at least I had no idea he was also nosing around with rotomolders about this reservoir). However, we both arrived at the same Manufacturer and Good News. When I spoke with Todd last month (December '18), he said his company was seriously considering this 3431154 project, but was swamped at the moment and would not be able to commit until this summer. He also asked me to not mention the name of his company to anyone yet. He said to call him back in June for an update. Well, the cat is out of the bag now! Go to AYILAR's post (4 up from here) and click on his MThread link to see Saforwardlook's news. My thanks to AYILAR for bringing this news to me and those following this thread; for those of us like me, who were totally unaware of Saforwardlooks success. Semper Fury! -Not Right

70 - 73 Chrysler models all had the same washer bottle. So the one going to be reproduced would be the correct one for you.

i still have 1 NOS 70-71 bottle left for sale 399.00

Looking for a Jiffy Jet washer bag used in 63 Dodges. Without spending hundreds on the Moparmall one. Interesting thread. I had some filmy rust debris once in my plastic bottle from my 68 Formula S. I put soapy water and a handfull of sand and shook it around in order to clean it out.

ALL MY WASHER BOTTLES ARE SOLD NOW... GOOD LUCK
