I fought the HOA and I beat the system.

So is this other parcel within the HOA but as separate parcel it isn't a "second" structure?
Does it have it's own utilities (not tied to your existing property)?

Nice one Stan !

Does wifi reach out there? Any electricity plans ... That might be a bad idea if it was "connected" actually on second thought.

Count on an HOA to restrict a man's legal use of his own property. It doesn't matter that the HOA pays not one cent toward mortgage, utilities, or upkeep. All that pales by comparison to pretended preservation of property values and forced conformity throughout a neighborhood.

**** 'EM!!!!

Fascism on a small scale.

When does the 10 car garage go up?
I think that's pending proof positive that he 'wins' the battle with the HOA. This one is fairly inexpensive to remove, a large garage/shop, not so much. Although, that may be no more than a significant scare tactic that oughta really have 'em wigging out.

Wait until he starts doing this....

So how are you gonna decorate your man cave?
Sticking it the HOA. "Winning".
Our HOA board members remind me of HS school monitors who never grew up.

Congrats! Nice cabin. Perhaps a small solar kit would keep it "off the grid", too?

This second parcel is not within my HOA or any other HOA. The parcel is a fully approved residential lot with water, electricity sewer, and cable services..

My WiFi doesn't reach it but that is a good thing, don't you think.
It has electricity.
