What size is the nipple/hose? I think there was more than one size.

This applies to my 1970 300.

Firm Feel provided me a length of 3/8s with my new box (and pressure hose), but I didn't think that was right, and it's NOT unless you use worm clamps. Using the OEM red spring clamps results in gushing fluid at both ends. The correct size it 11/32nds, same as our PCV hose, and I had some around. Doesn't leak and looks da bizzness with the red clamps. Hard to find in an auto store, but Year One sells the PCV hose kit with the two clamps.

I replaced the seals...they had to be carved out (carefully) because they were so hard and compressed....I know I didn't torque it enough to cause the crack so I'm guessing it was there and opened with the compression of the new seals.
