Could possibly be the ugliest truck ive ever seen. hideaway fifth wheel gooseneck hitch, runs and drives great. could use valve cover gaskets it did sit a couple of years. odometer says 33k but not sure if its rolled over or not. make a great work truck.

Is there a actual purpose for those lights on the cab or are they just flair?
I suppose they were a requirement based on lighting standards, but IDK what dates would apply... Truck/Bus/MPV Poster Table for Website... more than 80" (2032mm), or 6 1/2 feet wide depending on how it was titled/registered.

edit: my link looks like Canadian standards, but came from NHTSA.GOV

It was a requirement for the width of the vehicle. They were optional on single rear wheel, but mandatory on dual rears. The same rule required the lights on the tailgate. My '76 back in the day (disregard my wife in the back)...

Thanks guys. I never knew and just thought it was guys who wanted to add bling to their rigs. I recall guys adding them to non dually's also ... apparently they WERE just adding the bling.
