Calling all ‘68 owners, tire pressure decal pics please

My 68 Plymouth sport suburban wagon has the same the same decal as live4theking. my car was built Nov 11,1967 the tire code on the data plate is 63 which I think translates to 8.55 x 14. car was built at the Belvedere plant. I would post a picture but its badly faded I tried to take a picture but not much detail showed up.

I am sensing a trend where early ‘68s had the horizontal printing without mentioning the tire size. And after January ‘68 changed to the tire size and vertical style.

Keep them coming, I don’t mind being proven wrong with my hypothesis if the data supports it.
So far no examples specifically from a Dodge. The big C on live4theking’s sticker tells me that they were not brand specific.

Here is the tire decal and fender tag on my 68 Fury III,2 dr fast top w 318ci.
Hope this helps.

just checked my sticker mine has PD in lower right hand corner where live4theking's sticker has a C. hope this helps in the discussion . Does PD mean Plymouth Division

Hmm C must be for Chrysler and PD for Plymouth division. Is there a D on the Dodge one then? Pre January ‘68?
It seems all the examples after Jan 68 are different.

Thanks. First Dodge picture. You don’t happen to have a picture of the fender tag with the tire option and production date? Also Factory? Factory is the 7th digit on the S/n plate. A letter designated the assembly plant.
Rumor has it the decals were different by plant.
Thanks

Data tag for the blue 68 posted above. It is a Windsor car, they seemed to stamp the tags a little different, less info.

So did the New Yorkers come standard with the 8.55x14? For the Polara it was std on the wagons and came with the towing package on the others.

I don't know about standard but tire code on build sheet is 61 which is 8:55 X 14

So @LocuMob , Scott. What does the A05 designation mean on mine it is numbers (815) and I understood it to be the scheduled build date?

Yep, scheduled build date, August 15th for your car, nice and early in the run. A is October, B November and C December. 1-9 are January through September.

I am no expert on these decals but what i see is that some have a part number and others have the letter. The letters used are the same as in the parts manual on the bottom of the pages. C= Chrysler P= Plymouth D= Dodge. If you find a part that fits many models the codes will show C, P, D, except Sta. Wgn. Like that for example.

Maybe to simplify the assembly line they started to standardize the decals. Chrysler's are always different, and usually bigger cars. PD would work for more cars and may even be on the same assembly lines.

Thanks for the info Don and Scott. A,B,C makes sense now as there isn’t room for 4 letters.
Thanks all for the pictures. If someone still has something different then keep them coming. I will try to summarize what I received in the next day or so.
