....I don't know. When I was prepping to rebuild my steering column, I grabbed this item from somewhere based on the description that it might be in my column. It wasn't. [But my column is now in tip-top condition with new bearings, turn signal switch, Ig switch, all cleaned and lubed, and column lock "star" removed for easier garage work. I make it easier for car thieves.]

But whatever it fits, it's in fine condition. The spring is good, as is the plastic. The copper contact surface is used as shown, but not scored or otherwise good for another 50 years of horn blowing....assuming it fits YOUR car. The pictured bag is what it came in, so supposedly it fits SOMETHING.

$20 plus exact shipping.

On some models, there is a carbon brush that rides along the copper contact surface to provide a continuous circuit in case the drive needs to engage the horn while turning.

Yes, indeed. Slip ring. I'm familiar with that mechanism from my young man years at a dealership. Dunno what this gizmo fits. It's not shown in the 70 Chrysler FSM for the Standard or the Tilt columns.

Definately fits the 69 model year for Cbodies as i have one just like this in a 69 column. Not for 70 or later. It may be a one year only item?
