I usually just like them as original as possible, but this one looks nicely done with a lot detailing on the roofdesign.
I wonder how it looks underneath the hood and what they did to the interior.

Usually, I dislike stuff like this, but I think the color looks great, and the design isn't over the top. Gets two thumbs up from me!

Wow, that top really pops! I like the Mod Top decal on the rear quarter glass. Nicely done. Makes you wonder "what if"? I was always a fan of the paisley tops and interiors on the Furys. This just gets your attention a little quicker.

Nicely done !!!!!!
Details and colors remind me of these times(60s and 70s) where cars were a reflection of the owner rather than the purists or original only synics.
George Barris, Custom Classics, and all the TV shows prove that ideas like this only increase the value more that the plain Jane's or one position Joe's, who cringe at the trophies won at shows by this style.
Besides, creativity like this only elevates the make/models of this car as a whole.
Even still.... Movie stars, athletes, and money of all sorts, are putting specialty touches to rides that make this one even more special...
Drive it and show it off !!

something about the top looks a little more psychedelic than the original MOD TOP designs, but it IS nicely paired with the car color, and he DOES keep it within the real of "period enhancement." I dig it...

Now - if there are seat inserts that match the vinyl top.... I'll REALLY be impressed.....

I remember seeing a mod top or two back in the day. They looked psychedelic back then!!!

A couple years ago they featured mod top cars at Carlisle.

The difference is this car is more of a "what if", where the colors, graphics, style/era actually relate to each other.

95% of Backyard Sam's (or TV Show Joe's) kludge together a bunch of do-dads without any thought of how they relate or if they make sense. And the result is often this:

It was in Mopar Muscle or one of the other magazines.

That was one of the samples I had Legendary send me for my Monaco 500, but I didn't like the feel of the material. It just didn't seem to be as robust as a regular vinyl top.

I saw a b body in Az with a very similar looking roof and it was vinyl wrapped. I think its paint was that green or a lime. You had to get up close to see it wasn’t a real vinyl top. Looked cool and had a crowd around it all night. AND it wasn’t permanent.
