I'm looking for a source for seat covers for a 1967 Polara 500, (bucket seats). Legendary doesn't list them. Also a dash cover for the same car. Any Help?

Laysons Restoration? I know they have a pretty good selection. I think I have a catalog, I'll see what they offer.

Will. I know that Legendary USED TO cut a pretty good deal TO ANYONE THAT HAD THE ORIGINAL SKINS and send them to them if they didn't have that particular one in their inventory. Ah Car-bud Friend of mine did that with his '64 Silver Addition 300 25 yearz ago and his set waz almost free. Just ah thought Pal. Just need to talk to the right person I'd think, Not just ah cash register banger. If you have to wait 'til Carlisle and hunt them down in the Mid-Way and find the coordinator of that display, see yeah then too, Jer

I know you joke about being old, but how many moons ago was it that legendary would make seat covers, and at a discount? About a decade ago, I offered original seat covers for a pattern to be made at my expense, and they shot me down before I could finish my sentence. And they've been plain rude when I've asked since then.

Thanks Bob. I would NOT go to sms for anything that is obtainable elsewhere. I'm at 20 months and counting since ordering interior panels for Virgil.

IIRC, it took me more than a year to get the right vinyl top for my NYB.

Sorry to hear you're having issuez with them Scott. I know that the guy that started Legendary retired about 20 yearz ago and the place iz being run by replacement new management. But MAYBE somebody needz to ***** Slap someone in that organization and remind them JUST WHO THEIR CUSTOMERS ARE AND WHY AND HOW THEY HAVE THEM. Same ole' old guy here pal that'z just like John Wayne toilet paper. Don't take s**t off nobody 'cuz lifez just too damn short to put up with "twits" Jer

I'll just get my Dart and truck seat covers from them, because I know they have them, but I'll have my upholstery guy create my C body covers. And he will do the foam and everything complete, for the price of two covers from legendary, based off the price of their '65 covers. I got over it about the same time I realized I wasn't buying any AMD panels for my C body in my lifetime.

I looked thru Laysons, no luck. Limited c body stuff, mostly fasteners that kind of stuff for these cars. Sorry.....

I'm having a local upholstery shop do my Polara seats and door panels. SMS and Legendary were cost prohibitive and admittedly by them, a long ways out.
