I couldn't turn it down with perhaps the coolest front end ever made. The kids think it's an angry bird.

I'm pleasantly suprised at how good the truck floor is and hope to get the seats out tomorrow to check those floors. Obviously the qtrs need a fair amount of attention and the tail panel has areas of rust thru which seems strange. Interior isn't great but not too bad all things considered. PO bought it out of Pic N Pull many years ago and of course pulled the 440 for a b body project. It never made it in the b body so I think I could get it back without too much trouble.

Get that engine while you can! Nice car, I can actually see the angry birds resemblance. Not sure exactly how, but I can see it, smart kids.

Another C that was cherry picked.
Glad it landed in your hands and get back on the road.
Grab the motor if you can.
The tail panel rot is more common than you think.
There was bare metal between the layers and years of condensation caused rotting from inside out.

Wonder what they'd think of a '70 Thunderbird front end? I called it "Beak Bird" many years ago.

It'll make a really nice car when it's done! Interesting that it's Turbine Bronze with a white top and black interior? My '67 CE23 is Turbine Bronze, white vinyl top, with the optional (300) bucket seat interior and center cushion, in white.

Get that engine so it can be "whole again".

Congrats,
CBODY67

BTW, your 300 has one unique option...
Bench seat.
Which had to be ordered.
A no cost option instead of the standard bucket seats with buddy seat/arm rest. Floor shift &console was always extra cost.
The bench seat material and pattern is shared with the Newport Custom.
This interior with the Turbine Bronze paint just works..

Check the scheduled build date on the fender tag.
She may be an early build with the 67 horn center cap.
Later builds got the federally mandated "soft" center cap.
