Second owner--original owner was my grand mother. 42, 000 original miles and the title states the mileage-- 440ci, 4 barell, torque flight trans, matching numbers. This car was purchased by my grandpa new in 1971 and comes with fresh factory maroon paint. The car is in good condition and interior is excellent. Need cash or trade for ???

Missing:
Tilt steering wheel lever--screws into the column.
Rear undercarriage cover--piece of sheet metal that bolts to under body under back bumper.
Rear license plate bracket.
Passenger side "three hundred" emblem.--stolen.
Interior "300" emblem--stolen.

Things wrong:
Needs carb adjustment. It has original Carter AVS carb. Just rebuilt carb w carb kit but did not adjust it. Does not need new carb, only adjustment.
Hard top has one area that has two small holes in it w rust exposed.
Hard top also has bubbles at bottom of rear window glass.
Trunk has two holes in trunk pan from rust. It will need patching. Trunk pan DOES NOT need replacing, only patching.
Drivers side front quarter panel is dented--done by a city worker who laid new asphalt on my street. Typical gov't worker! He did not take responsibility for his damage.
Trunk mat needs replacing as it is ripped.
Ignition switch is going out and eventually will need to be replaced but it still works.
Car needs wax and buffing.
AC needs charging as gas has leaked out.
Passenger side has damage.

Paid $5,370 for paint and body work--i have receipt. No significant rust behind quarter panels or rocker panels. No significant rust on crossmembers. Car was garaged its whole life up until five years ago, then it was painted last year and covered since. The car is solid. Body work was done with lead filler behind passenger front quarter panel here at Pomeroy's paint and auto body in Show Low, AZ in 2017. This is the only panel I saw work done on.

This is a great car. Medical expenses force sale.

Every day I drive it I get a minimum of two compliments on it. I've put about 2000 miles on it, and grandma drove the rest, like a grandma. This car has no rattles while you drive it, the brakes are silent, the doors shut gently and align perfectly as well as the trunk and hood, the windows all work, and inside the interior is like sitting in a new car. The headliner etc is perfect and the electric seat controls work.

Its also posted on Craigslist in Show Low, Arizona under the auto parts section. Call or text any time.$9, 500 obo. 928-207-1488

Nice car, good luck with the sale. It would help if you showed more pictures — engine bay, trunk, interior, headliner, dash, and ideally the underside too. Oh, and the fender tag for options.

I believe I recall this vehicle was up for sale about a year ago and showed up on this site as well back then.................

Looks like a nice car but the body damage is a bummer. Some good pictures of the damage would be nice as well as more pics of the good stuff.

From the last time around, it appeared the fender code plate was missing, along with some emblems on the car.....................

That is correct. I had it listed for $15, 000 before and passed on an offer of $12, 000. The damage is not severe but after sinking $5,450 into paint and body once, and losing my job, I'm all out of options. Its priced for quick sale.

Correct. Fender plate was stolen by an enemy, and the passenger side 300 emblem is missing. The engine, trans, etc are honestly all matching and original. The car has about 42k miles and it drives like it. Just needs some finishing work and this one will will make a great investment.

Very sorry to hear of your recent misfortunes. The best policy I have found is to list all the problems with a car at the outset and then give your price and then negotiate based on the realities that exist. Buyers are most interested in the realities and costs before them, and while a set of misfortunes provokes the sale, that usually does not yield additional funds on the table from a prospective buyer. The costs of repairs yet to be done on this car are substantial, and that reality can't be overlooked by a prospective buyer. Still hoping for the best for you though as your circumstances are tough ones. The positives you mention are certainly worth considering too. I personally doubt the interior would look that good if it really had gone over 100K as some have postulated in the past. I don't think it has.
