1978 Dodge 4 Door 4X4 Pickup With New 360 - Make Offer

I have never had so many flakes and no shows in my life. This is an excellent deal as the 360 is a new rebuilt and the DANA 60 axles combined are worth a lot more. I am traveling now and could have sold the DANA alone several times and the engine but didn't want to deal with taking the truck apart.

1978 Dodge 4 Door 4X4 Pickup that has been sitting for awhile. It has a brand new out of the crate rebuilt 360 that was dropped in but never fully installed, so it is not running. It also has the highly sought after Dana 60 axles in front and back. I have been intending on building this as my hunting rig but never got around to it and now decided to let someone else make the best of it. I think the siren on top is also pretty cool.

I have several rigs now and picked up my 454 big block so looking at selling this one now.

The truck is currently in Stevensville, Montana . The body is in pretty good shape and the interior is OK, but has obviously been used. You will see it has somewhat of a brush guard on the front but I wouldn't want to hit much more than some big moths or birds with it.

With it having the out of the crate 360 and Dana all the way around, I believe the truck is worth at least $3,500.

If you are interested and have a different opinion of the value that makes sense, I am open to listening.

This far out from hunting season you would have plenty of time to get it ready.

Thanks very much for looking and I hope you find what you are looking for.

Heck ya!! That’s a cool old service truck.. new tires and Drive.. Yellow paint / Red bubble light and all.. no Money or space.. Dammit!!!!

Thats a steal right there! Ive seen rear doors alone sell for stupid $$. I bought mine with a locked up motor for $2,500 a few years back

Its the kinda vehicle .. old, cool, unique .. that I'd buy without laying eyes on and priced right -- even with 2000 mile transport for me. And I am not a "truck guy".

But this one clearly worked for a living and I gravitate toward such rigs. Wish there were more pics tho.

Hope it finds a good home.
