Must of been recently painted.

I dont see any pinstripping.

Like me, the interior has a few lines and wrinkles, but, cleans up nice.

I wondered about the striping. It has been repainted once awhile ago (before me) and the strips are on the side, but, is there supposed to be striping across the trunk?

Yes, I believe it is an option. I see codes for side stripes, trunk stripes, and a code for both.
