Impster was garage fresh thus the blue gunk etc. and the headlight covers were forgotten to be open while I took these photos. One thing that was quite an experience was refueling while all others were staring at...

Today I gave the promised ride to a few of my friends before going at ``Piemouth Court`` in Pieksamaki. We did cruise with all the side windows down, so the friends did shout ``come aboard!`` to every bystander being close to the roads. Another thing was that we were sitting at a T-shaped crossroads to get through it while one BMW didn´t dare to try, if it was able to get past that white giant. Well, another friend did shout: ``come here, you´ll get past!``
Needless to say that the Bimmer driver didn´t try.

We went out for a spin and attended to Vantaa cruise. Taking pictures sort of got forgotten since almost all the time someone was walking around Impster while chattering with me.

@Finn Yorker

It was nice to see your red on white NYB there and talk with you.

Two owners of 67 Crown coupes (former owner had a black on white and the current owner has a white on black) have complained about clacking noises. Mine do that only at aboutt 20-30MPH.

What are your experiences of them?

Barely noticeable over the Flowmasters.:lol:
Seriously though I don’t think the ones on my silver car make much noise, they shouldn’t if the fasteners are tight and you pit a dab of black silicone under the eagle.
I did here them on the green car though coming from the ones that I didn’t restore

I did some exterior finishing and we did retighten the passenger side front wheel bearing. Credit for help goes again to dad.

The rear quarters would benefit of buffing or some finer rubbing compound and wax, but at least the biggest dull areas got their shine.

I'm infected by OCD.

Not that I would be scared of driving because of dirt, but that the car must be clean while on the move.:realcrazy:

I have a bit of Imperial OCD, too. But, I have embraced each of mine's various imperfections in the paint, vinyl, etc. I drive them with the road dust and dog hair aplenty.

Do you have tips for refueling? I always drop the last pint or so on the ground.

those reflection pics are the money shot for me...I love seeing panels that have avoided shopping carts for so many years.
