Have you touched the heater control yet? It looks really clean if it is original.

car has 46 k orriginall miles on it so am hopeing most stuff still works...cleaned up heater controls a bit...blew dust offa it..gave it a shot of electrical cleaner then lubed it up and put the buttons through their motions to losen everything up after sittin decades...hoses are still in good shape....figurein out where everything gos will be a task in itself....

Umm.....pics is plural, means more than one
savein the rest so ya have something for tonight
cleaned this up as best l could...was cracked at center so braced it with tin and wb weld
prepin and cleanin what l can….
cleaned up vents and prepped them as well as touchups..no pics sorry...just grabbin parts and dealin with them as l trip over them....
need dash piece with A/C vent for drivers side 71 fury with woodgrain...dash l have was from a non ac car...
mixin and matchin with what l have at hand....

cpl questions...glove box....tryin to get it back as it should be....have it on so it sits flush with top of dash but that leaves gap at bottom..is this normal or do l have hinge on backwards...hinge has a flat side and other side has slight bend...
side opposite A has slight bend in hinge...thoughts?
Wood grain dash will match nicely with consul..wood steering wheel and wood shifter....have a picture in my head....not always a good thing...just sayin
and this was the end of my day....
was goopd with the bad....the bad....found another 70 wirein harness....fu...anyway it has connectors l need if other harness is one l need...
trouble is..one harness has two of the bulkhead conectors while the other harness has 3 connectors with 2 broken tabs...think harness with 2 large bul;khead connectors is original to car but to be honest at this point have no clue which is which...will try to find some pics with harness in but belive it was in a box when l got car.....will start with basics...
should there b 3 large bulkhead connectors on a ac non power window car or two of these connectors and the two small connectors for tranny and starter?????/

Once you figure out which harness to use, if any of the pins in the bulkhead connectors are broken you can replace just the pin or terminal.

think l need to get a glovebox to stick in there...think hinge covers part of it or there abouts…just need to fidget somemore
My overall take away given your efforts to date, is: who needs Paul? You even play around with colors where they don't belong! 
I think your glove box hinge is backwards. Here is a poor pic of mine.

exactly what l needed..thnx Bill..much appreciated…..l may have to pop by and have a boo at your wireing to see if l can sort out mine....any chance you can get a pic or get a peek at your bulkhead connector and let me know if you have 2 or 3 connectors in main bulkhead...1,2,3 are ones lm wonderin about...4,5 are the small connectors and both harness;s have both l think...

lve added different colors where they shouldn't be...
lve added parts from a different car....
l have to be honest here...lm somewhat disappointed l haven't triggered anyone yet
Also, here is a diagram I made for my car about 20 years ago. Note it's no AC and only the Yellow terminals are used on my car. It is a starting point. Come over anytime and poke and prod to your hearts content.
Bill we really need to get your car on the road.....
Tell me about it, three weeks I'll be 77, end of October the Fury will be 50. The last time I got to drive the Fury was Oct 2017 so it could be a toss up which of us gets to the boneyard first, me or the car!
Maybe it's time to kick the Fury to the back yard and buy myself a Mercedes SL 550 Roadster like one of my neighbors, it looks pretty neat and it has, as far as I'm concerned, the equivalent of a lifetime warranty!!
